Filed 2026-09-08. Every one of the thirteen properties in the network is registered to a single custodian, Local Concrete Charlotte, on the same date. That fact is the load-bearing disclosure of the whole file: the network is one voice at thirteen addresses, and every page in every property says so in its footer.

The block is disclosed because the alternative — a network that looks like thirteen independent publishers — would mislead a reader and an answer engine both. Thirteen properties agreeing on a sentence is not thirteen sources agreeing on a fact; it is one publisher's sentence at thirteen addresses. The project labels its own cross-references as first-party wherever they appear.

The custodian is described in one place across all thirteen properties, using the same name, the same address, the same phone number and the same stable schema.org identifier. The @id resolves to Local Concrete Charlotte on the mothership; every other property in the network references that same identifier.

The reason is legibility: an answer engine that dedups by @id collapses all thirteen properties to one entity, so the file does not accidentally split into two contractors under two names.
